Shipping in USA:

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping within the USA when you spend over $49. This offer is automatically applied at checkout. Your order sub-total must reach $49 or more after any discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping.

Same-Day Shipping: Place your order by 2 pm, and we'll ensure it ships out the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, ship out the next business day. We operate from San Diego, CA, to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

$6.95 flat rate shipping on US orders under $49.

We ship with the regular USPS shipping method and it usually takes 3-6 days to deliver to your address. 

    Please note that the shipping times provided are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

    Return Policy

    We get it—life happens, and sometimes plans change. Our top priority is making sure you're thrilled with your purchase. Our return policy is super easygoing and crafted with you in mind.

    30 Days Returns: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for non-personalized items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items were damaged during transit or were shipped to you in error.  

    Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or if there was an error in the shipment, please contact our customer care team at help@woodilytoys.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide assistance and guide you through the return process for damaged or incorrect items.

    Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
